I (pronouns: they/she) work to build a genuine relationship with my clients, emphasizing teamwork and encouraging your active participation in the counseling process, using an integrative approach to counseling. I practice from a trauma informed lens, acknowledge the impact trauma can have on sexuality, and typically utilize cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT). I have a strong commitment to creating a shame-free culture focused on empowering the intersectionality of all your identities.
