I (pronouns: she/her/hers) am excited and honored to be part of your healing journey! I’m a queer, sex‑positive therapist who centers LGBTQIA+ folks, women, nonbinary and trans people in individual and relationship therapy.

I am passionate about LGBTQIA+ issues and working from a trauma-informed lens to provide individualized care with everyone I work with. As an advocate for justice and equity in mental health care, I know how important it is to acknowledge and address culture, privilege, race, gender, size, ability, sexuality, and the intersections of your unique identities and experiences in this world.

If you’ve ever felt like the “odd one out” in spaces that don’t fully understand queer, fat, kinky, or non‑monogamous lives, you’re not alone. I bring my lived experience, warmth, and a lot of humor into the room so we can make space for both the hard and the joyful. My style is relational, compassionate, and direct. As an eclectic therapist, I draw from modalities like DBT, TF‑CBT, Feminist, and LGBTQ+ affirmative therapies to support your self‑compassion, resilience, and growth. Therapy doesn’t have to be all serious—I believe laughter and play can be powerful tools for healing.
